THE MAIN STREET MUSEUM

     Welcome to the Main Street Museum.  Without being inspired by Mr. P's collection I would have probably never attempted this tractor section.  This page is dedicated to the spirit of Gainesville Iron Works which helped build not only a  town but had significant impact on the entire South.  You will still see their slogan "On time since 1889" on iron fixtures all over the S.E. to this day.

     The more I learn about tractors the more interested I get.  As I gather more info I will eventually post written information and specifications for as many tractors as possible.  All of my research has led me to numerous tractor sites and I will eventually get a links page to the better ones.  If you want to submit a photo of your tractor send it to the
