STARSHINE

Starshine is the classic of Southern ice routes.  While not extremely difficult under normal conditions it can become a serious adventure quickly if the ice is thin.  This climb forms more consistently and is probably climbed more than any other non-road cut climb in the region.  On weekends expect to queue up in a line that can often be five parties deep.  Take a quick run up it with us and I apologize for these underexposed photos but will find some better ones in the future.
